ShinyAnimalCV is an open-source, cloud-based web application designed for performing object detection and segmentation, three-dimensional visualization, and 2D and 3D morphological feature extraction using animal image data. This application aims to facilitate computer vision research and teaching in the animal science community. We provide comprehensive guidelines for utilizing this application, including instructions for using pre-trained models online and performing inferences locally using custom-trained weights. For more information, please refer to the online documentation: ShinyAnimalCV Doc.
